Client
Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).

Challenge
We were tasked with developing a system for Drug Free Community (DFC) Grantees to manage and report their data. My role was to serve as project lead as well as analyze and create system requirements. Balancing the needs of two client organizations and three contracting companies was an interesting challenge.

Solution
A detailed information architecture and requirements document was created to guide development. The system was then beta tested, and local and regional trainings were conducted for users and trainers. The system, which was successfully rolled out in April 2006, centralizes and streamlines DFC data collection and reporting.

This system is not accessible by the general public.
